We were first time buyers and Sumie was excellent in helping us! When we first met she explained everything and even had a few houses to show us to try to get a sense of what we liked. She set up with a search to get us dialed in to the type of house and location we liked. She was always very responsive and flexible when we contacted her with questions or setting up showings. In a difficult market she stayed positive and continued to show us houses even when it became frustrating not getting very good offers accepted at times. She also helped us great creative in our offers at times to try to beat others out. We would not have got the house we ended up with and loved if she had not been monitoring things outside of the online search for us. We will definitely work with her in the future and would recommend anyone we know to work with her!

Sumie was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a real estate agent that was quick to answer, hard-working and would try to find us exactly what we were looking for. We spoke with a couple different agencies and they all seemed to say 'find the house that you like and then we will take you there'. We wanted somebody who would work quickly on finding us a great house and Sumie did that. She found houses, reached out to us and made sure that we were able to see them. We were blown away when we met with her the first time and she already had so many homes picked out for us that we loved. When we found the home of our dreams she fought hard for us and made it a seamless process. We literally have no complaints and enjoyed the entire process. We have told so many friends about Sumie s excellent abilities and are so happy that we found her. Five stars and 100% recommendation!
